How it works
- Share sunsetfmb.com with a friend, relative, coworker, or other traveler.
- The new guest books directly through sunsetfmb.com.
- The guest provides your full name when booking or before check-in.
- After the guest completes the qualifying stay, you receive one $50 future-stay credit.
Referral Program Terms
- The referred person must be a new guest and reserve directly through sunsetfmb.com.
- The new guest must provide the referrer’s full name when booking or before checking in.
- A referral qualifies only after the referred guest completes the stay and the reservation has not been canceled, refunded, or charged back.
- The referrer receives one $50 credit toward a future direct stay for each qualifying completed reservation.
- The credit has no cash value, is nontransferable, and cannot be applied to an existing reservation.
- Referral credits cannot be combined with another discount unless Sunset By The Sea expressly approves it.
- Reservations through Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or any other third-party platform do not qualify.
- Self-referrals, duplicate referrals, and unverifiable referrals do not qualify.
- Each referral credit expires 12 months from the date it is issued.
- If more than one person claims the same referral, the name originally supplied by the new guest controls.
- Sunset By The Sea may verify eligibility and may modify or discontinue the program prospectively.
