Referral Program Terms

1. The referred person must be a new guest and reserve directly through sunsetfmb.com.
2. The new guest must provide the referrer’s full name when booking or before checking in.
3. A referral qualifies only after the referred guest completes the stay and the reservation has not been canceled, refunded, or charged back.
4. The referrer receives one $50 credit toward a future direct stay for each qualifying completed reservation.
5. The credit has no cash value, is nontransferable, and cannot be applied to an existing reservation.
6. Referral credits cannot be combined with another discount unless Sunset By The Sea expressly approves it.
7. Reservations through Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or any other third-party platform do not qualify.
8. Self-referrals, duplicate referrals, and unverifiable referrals do not qualify.
9. Each referral credit expires 12 months from the date it is issued.
10. If more than one person claims the same referral, the name originally supplied by the new guest controls.
11. Sunset By The Sea may verify eligibility and may modify or discontinue the program prospectively.
